Make Your Own A4 Landscape Book with Tools....

This 'A4 Landscape Make your Own' kit comes with some tools and all the basic materials you need to make a beautiful notebook (or sketchbook) with a hard-backed cover and unique exposed stitching on the spine. 

You may choose what number of holes to pierce on the cover as long as it is an even number of holes (the example photo of the books on the first image has 10 holes pierced).

Please select the thread and decorative paper and bookcloth for your cover.

Book Kit includes (see photos for an example):

- 20 folded sheets (makes 40 pages / 80 sides) of 130gsm cartridge paper,
- Greyboard for cover and spine,
- Decorative paper for cover and dark blue bookcloth for the spine (select from the drop-down box),
- 160gsm cream paper for the inside of the cover,
- Linen thread in white for inside binding and a thicker thread for the outside (select from the drop-down box),
- Bookbinding needle, small bulldog clip & curved needle
- Printed Step-by-step instructions with colour photos (please note these are instructions for a smaller book but will give you an idea how to sew and put the book together).

Stanley snap-blade knife

Packaging: Please note that this kit will be wrapped in brown paper and packed in cardboard.  Unfortunately due to size I do not have a presentation box like in my other book kit for the smaller version.

UK DELIVERY - This kit contains a snap-blade knife and under UK law you must be aged 18 years or over to receive this item,  therefore the kit will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Age Verification, delivery approx. 3 to 4 days but may be longer during Christmas period.

To make the book you will require the following tools but some items you may already have:
PVA Glue,
a sharp Pencil,
an eraser,
Scissors,
Washi tape (1.2cm width) or similar removable tape,
Cutting mat
Yellow pages or a thick unwanted magazine (to protect your table when stabbing holes)
